HOW IT WORKS

1. Set up an account with DigiMaster.  Contact Maria and we will do this immediately.
   
   Upon registration of your account we will send to you:
   
   
   
   • Registration form
   • Confirmation of services
   • Confidentiality Agreement
   
   
2. Send through to us your dictation (and if necessary a word version of your template) at Digi Jobs. 
   
   For more efficiency send through to us a word version of all your templates (i.e. letter, file note, memorandum, Court document) and we will store these on our system for use by your assigned typist.  Intitulings that you are currently using will also be stored on our site to reduce re-typing/re-sending time.


3. The most appropriate typist will permanently be assigned to your work.


4. We will transcribe your work and return the same via email to you, usually within two hours (depending upon length of transcription).


5. Billing is on the 10th of every month for payment on the 20th of the month.  For rates refer to your letter of confirmation of services.
